1. ORDERING: Orders can be placed using one of four methods

  2.  MINIMUM FOR ORDER: Minimum order is $120.00. All orders must be paid in full at time of ordering.

  3. PAYMENT: On our secured website platform using one of the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  4. LOYALTY PROGRAM: Our Loyalty Program allows our customers to earn InStyle Dollars up to 5% (before taxes and delivery) whenever an order is placed, or 3% when a friend is referred. InStyle Caterers will keep track of all your orders and the orders of the referred customers.  Once you have earned $500.00 in InStyle Dollars, you may use your InStyle Dollars towards the next order. 

  5. MENU SELECTIONS: Our specialty menus are published at least two weeks in advance of the special or holiday occasion.

  6. SHELF LIFE: Our meal selections have a 3-4-day shelf life in the refrigerator.

  7. DEADLINES: All orders must be placed and paid for by 2:00 pm Wednesdays.                      

  8. DELIVERY: Our contact free deliveries are $25.00 within the Beltway, $1.00 per mile beyond Beltway. Delivery times between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Sundays. All deliveries are made to the designated exterior area.Driver will text customer when delivery is made.

  9.  CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: It is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate food within ten minutes of delivery. InStyle Caterers cannot accept responsibility for damages due to customer’s failure to adhere to instructions.
